Right of withdrawal
Consumers in the European Economic Area generally have fourteen days to withdraw from a distance contract. Exceptions apply when hygiene or health protection rules prevent return of opened food supplements.

Sealed goods
Food supplements that are sealed for health or hygiene reasons cannot be returned once unsealed, unless they are defective or incorrect.
